The majority of IBIT Foundation activities are carried out through R+D+I projects (link to projects) which are largely co-financed through programmes and lines of funding from European, Spanish and regional public bodies. The main aim of this area is to promote knowledge of financial instruments and mechanisms in order to be able to filter out the information necessary to run projects as effectively as possible. It also gives advice on managing bids so they can be organised and presented in the best possible way. In this way, it is possible to improve the quality and quantity of the projects carried out and the resources captured for the centre. The department also guides and advises companies and organisations on the Balearic Islands in the area of public finance for R+D+I, fulfilling the foundation's mission which is the incorporation of the Balearic Islands into the information society and increasing R+D+I on the islands. |
